Experience in: Drafting of contracts, Filing of pleadings and applications before various governmental bodies, Incorporation of commercial companies, Issuance of Powers of Attorney, Registration of Trademarks.
Serving in the Firm as a member of the team of responsible and competent professionals providing services as Compliance and Registration Counsel in the Tegucigalpa office.
